Front desk

Register, token or bed, in one sitting.

The desk finds the patient or registers them once, with a warning if they already exist. A token puts them in the doctor’s queue. An admission picks the bed, the estimate and the insurer without leaving the screen.

1 sitting from a new patient at the counter to a token or a bed.

Today’s queue

Who is waiting, who has paid, who is admitted

Today

Where the time goes today.

  • “The same patient is registered twice.”

Their history splits into two files, and neither is complete.

  • “The queue is on paper.”

Patients ask how long, and the desk cannot say.

  • “Admitting means three screens and a form.”

The family waits at the counter while the bed, the estimate and the insurer are written up.

How it works

Four steps, start to finish.

  1. 1

    Find or register

Search by name, phone or file number. A possible duplicate is shown before a new record is made.

  2. 2

    Token or admit

A token for the doctor, or Admit with the bed chosen from the board.

  3. 3

    Estimate and insurer

The estimate fills in from the room. The insurer is picked from the hospital’s list.

  4. 4

    Take the money

One box for cash, UPI or card. The receipt prints in the same tap.

Done for you

What happens without anyone doing it.

  • A possible duplicate shown before a new record is made
  • The estimate filled in from the room
  • Each doctor’s queue, with what each patient owes
  • The receipt printed with the payment
  • A moved token keeping its number and its bill

What’s inside

Everything it covers.

  • Duplicates caught

A patient with a similar name or the same phone is shown before registering.

  • Tokens and queues

Per doctor, with what each patient owes.

  • Change the doctor

A waiting token moves to another doctor with the same number.

  • Admit with the bed board

Beds shown as tiles, free ones ready to pick.

  • Consents on screen

Admission consent signed on the tablet or on paper.

  • Patient details

Address, phone and bills, one tap from the name.

Works with

Part of one record.
